In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, discover practical mindfulness techniques to enhance your daily wellbeing, and connect with your most empowered, compassionate self through a transformative visualisation practice.

The session will conclude with a brief personal journaling exercise, allowing you to set powerful intentions that support your wellbeing — both in moments of stillness and through your everyday actions.

What would I need to bring to the session?
All equipment and materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring anything else you feel will support you during the session. Whether that's your own journal, blanket or yoga mat.
Will there be refreshments?
Yes, we will be providing light refreshments on the evening. Please let us know in advance if you have any requirements.
I'm coming alone… Will I be the only one?
Please don't worry if you're coming solo! Most of the people who come to our events, come alone and leave with new connections. There will always be someone to chat to!
