Join us for a restorative Sunday at this soul-soothing two hour event designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit. Experience a journey of gentle movement, guided meditation, soothing sound, and tranquil scents, all crafted to invite deep relaxation and restore balance.
Led by Romi, yoga teacher and founder of Pause Yoga, and Ciara, meditation practitioner and founder of Sundaze Wellness Club & Finding Quiet, this evening offers a peaceful escape to end the weekend on a mindful note.
Unwind with light refreshments and connect with a community of like-minded women in Oxford, as we embrace the power of gentle movement, stillness and connection.
Your Evening Will Consist Of…
Yoga flow with romi
Enjoy a soothing, restorative yoga practice designed to help you release tension, boost flexibility, and invite deep rest. Using supportive props, this session will gently guide you into each posture, creating space for relaxation and renewal. With the calming use of scents and sounds, you’ll be immersed in a sensory experience that enhances your connection to the practice but also to your body and breath. Romi will be fully present to guide you, answer questions, and ensure your comfort throughout.
This practice is fully accessible and inclusive.
meditation with ciara
Following restorative movement, take a moment to relax, reset and reconnect with yourself during this guided meditation practice. In this session, you'll gently connect mind and body with calming breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. Ciara will guide you through a transformative visualization practice designed to nurture self-compassion and awaken the kindness within. Enhanced with soothing sounds and aromatherapy, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more at ease, and ready for the best night's sleep so you can embrace the new week.

Ciara
Ciara is a wellbeing journalist, meditation practitioner and the founder of Finding Quiet. Whether you're meditating on your yoga mat or your morning commute, she'll support you in building a wellness practice that fits seamlessly with your lifestyle and is in alignment with your core values.
Ciara graduated from the British School of Meditation in 2021 and has since hosted meditation and wellness experiences for global brands including Stella McCartney, Bamford, OKA, W Hotels and more.
After moving to Oxford in 2024 and struggling to meet like-minded people, Ciara set up Sundaze Wellness Club to offer a space for women in the city to grow, thrive and find their tribe. She is thrilled to be able to bring Finding Quiet experiences to the Sundaze community.
MEET YOUR HOSTs
Romi
Romi is a French yoga teacher and photographer based in Oxford.
After over 6 years of practicing yoga as a powerful tool for emotional regulation and personal growth, she made the leap to change her career in 2023. She teaches various styles, including dynamic, restorative, hatha or yin yoga.
Romi's classes are guided by the energy of her students, so they will always feel inclusive, adaptable therefore accessible. She encourages a true connection to the breath, allowing it to guide body movements for a natural, effortless flow.
By tuning in with your inner self you will notice and listen to your body needs and sensations, creating a practice that is both mindful and intuitive, so you cultivate a harmonious relationship between breath, body, and mind.

What would I need to bring to the session?
All materials for the session will be provided. That said, if you'd like to bring your own journal or blanket, please feel free to do so!
Will there be refreshments?
Yes, we will be providing light refreshments over the evening including tea and snacks. Please bring anything else you'd like to.
I'm coming alone… Will I be the only one?
Please don't worry if you're coming solo! Most of the girls who come to our events, come alone and leave with a whole new group of gal pals. There will always be someone to chat to!
